Highest sugar content of all apples but with a pronounced acid tang. Fruit is about 2" diameter and creates highly flavored juice. The flesh is white, firm. Juicy. Very sweet and quite tart and intensely flavoured. Spicy peach-apple flavour. When grown in cooler climates, the acidity tends to be more pronounced.
